Najarra Townsend

Najarra knew exactly what she wanted to be doing in life at the age of was just three years old. The model began modelling and participating in local stage productions while remaining involved in theatre and musical performances throughout her childhood and teens. Najarra made her first appearance on screen when she was ten years old, costarring in "Menace". Najarra was recognized internationally due to her performance in the Sundance as well as the Cannes Award-winning "Me and You and Everybody We are" in 2005. She's played the main character in various films, such as: "Tru Loved", "Marin Blue", "Betty I am" and has appeared in numerous other independent films. "Contracted", the IFC Midnight horror smash "Contracted" showcased a different face for the actress. Najarra wants to dedicate her time to activities that she enjoys and inspires her.
